Notre magnifique dentelle provient de France et d'Autriche : deux maisons qui, comme nous, sont restées fidèles à leur engagement envers les méthodes artisanales traditionnelles. L'utilisation de métiers à tisser du XIXe siècle lui confère cette finesse de détail qui nous est si chère.
La dentelle est plus qu'une décoration, c'est une mémoire. Un gant de dentelle est presque léger sur la main, mais jamais invisible. Il est féminin, complexe et d'une élégance intemporelle. Malgré sa délicatesse, la dentelle peut être remarquablement résistante lorsqu'elle est traitée avec légèreté.
Il n'a pas besoin d'un traitement spécial, mais simplement d'une manipulation réfléchie et d'un espace pour se déplacer.
Laissez-le se dérouler
Le lavage en machine est possible, mais uniquement sur le cycle le plus doux et toujours dans un sac pour linge délicat. Donnez à la dentelle l'espace dont elle a besoin. N'encombrez pas le tambour et ne précipitez pas le séchage. Une fois propres, posez les gants à plat et laissez-les respirer. Les bordures et les nœuds peuvent avoir besoin d'être remodelés à la main, mais rien de plus.
Méthode de soins
Laver à froid sur un cycle délicat à l'intérieur d'un sac en filet. Sécher à plat. Remodeler à la main. Évitez le frottement, la chaleur ou les cycles d'essorage qui pourraient endommager les garnitures.
