Le satin est une surface. Il ne se contente pas d'habiller, il reflète, glisse et capte la lumière avec grâce. Mais cette brillance est aussi sa vulnérabilité. Le satin ne supporte pas bien le stress. Il n'aime pas les torsions, les entassements ou les fortes chaleurs. Ce qu'il veut, c'est de l'espace, de la douceur et du temps.
Manipulez-la comme vous le feriez avec quelque chose de déjà parfait - car dans son meilleur état, elle l'est.
Laissez glisser
Mettez toujours le satin à l'envers avant de le laver et utilisez un sac en filet pour linge délicat. Le cycle doit être court et lent. Après le lavage, posez les gants à plat et remodelez-les pendant qu'ils sont humides. Si des déchirures apparaissent, ne paniquez pas : il suffit souvent de gratter légèrement l'envers pour rétablir le tissage.
Méthode de soins
Lavez à froid sur un cycle délicat avec les gants à l'envers dans un sac en filet. Faites sécher à plat. Réalignez délicatement les fibres à l'envers si vous constatez des tiraillements. Ne pas sécher au sèche-linge ni presser directement.

Midnight Blue Sophistication
The Penelope Satin Gloves are absolutely lovely. The fit and comfort are perfect. The deep blue fabric has a light sheen and slight stretch. The Penelope is my 7th pair of Cornelia James gloves. I think this pair is my favorite. The sophisticated Midnight Blue color is very versatile. I can wear these with my denim ensembles or wear them to a formal event in Beverly Hills.
