La soie ne crie pas, elle chuchote. Les gants de soie dégagent une confiance calme et discrète : ils sont frais au toucher, subtilement lumineux, infiniment raffinés. Mais raffinement ne signifie pas fragilité. Ce dont la soie a besoin, c'est de douceur - dans l'eau, dans le mouvement et dans le temps.
Manipulée correctement, la soie vous récompense par sa longévité et son élégance à parts égales.
Laissez-le reposer
Lorsqu'il s'agit de soie, moins c'est plus c'est important. Lavez à froid, en douceur, et ne vous pressez jamais. Un sac à linge délicat ajoute une couche supplémentaire de soin. Ensuite, laissez sécher les gants à plat et remodelez-les doucement avec vos mains. La vapeur peut être utile, mais seulement à distance.
Méthode de soins
Mettez les gants à l'envers et lavez-les dans un sac en filet sur un cycle froid et délicat. Faites-les sécher à plat. Évitez de les essorer ou de les repasser directement. Ne jamais les mettre au sèche-linge.

Pour les soies froissées, ternies ou décolorées, nous vous recommandons de faire appel à un professionnel du textile expérimenté dans le domaine des fibres naturelles délicates. Il restaurera la finition du gant sans en affaiblir la trame.

I asked Cornelia James if they could alter the design for me for a certain occasion. It was not a problem at all and they happily altered the gloves for me. The silk is so beautiful and soft, they fit just like second skin, just wonderful. Total delight.

These were beautiful. I loved how they were stretchy. I wasn’t expecting that. I ordered 6 1/2 because that’s the size of sterile gloves I use in surgery but when I measured my hand I was a 7. However these fit perfectly because I have short fingers. And they were so beautiful and added the perfect touch to my outfit!
