Where do you ship to?

We make our products in Sussex, England, and we ship to almost every country in the world.

How fast will my order be shipped?

We offer a rush service and a standard service to all countries.

• With our rush service
• If your order is placed before 12 noon GMT, your order will be made and shipped the same day
• If your order is placed after 12 noon GMT, your order will be made and shipped the next working day
• With our standard service we should have your order made and its way within 3 working days. Please be aware this time can increase during busy times such as in the lead up to Christmas - but when you review the shipping options at checkout, any delays we have will be reflected in time estimate you are given. 

When you get to checkout, you will see the estimated number of days it will take (in total, inclusive of making and shipping time) for you to receive your order. While this is not a guarantee, it is correct 95% of the time.

How fast are the shipping services?

• For the United Kingdom, next working day
• For the United States & Canada, 2-3 working days. If you require a Saturday delivery, we can normally arrange this (additional carrier cost)
• For the rest of the world, 2 - 6 working days.

Do you offer free shipping?

• For international orders, we offer free shipping on orders above £300, on services up to £20
• For United Kingdom orders, we offer free shipping on orders above £200

Can I ship to a PO Box address?

FedEx and DHL can't ship to a PO box address, as they require a proof of delivery. As such, if you are shipping outside the UK, please don't set a PO box as your shipping address.

Will I have to pay import duty or tax? 

No. We pay all import duty and tax automatically on your behalf, wherever you are in the world. Once you have placed your order with us, you will have nothing further to pay.

Do you offer returns?

Yes, we offer a 60 day return window on all items. You can either return your items for a refund, or for instant store credit. See our returns page for more information.

There is a 60 day return window on all items. This means that, within 60 days of your order being shipped, you can return the items in your order for a refund or store credit. The items must be in unworn, re-saleable condition and please ensure the presentation box and any other accessories such as storage bags are safely packed.

Return for instant store credit

If you would like to exchange your items for anything else, choose instant store credit. This will be emailed to you as soon as you click confirm return and you can use it to order any replacement items from our store.

When you choose this option, we send you a free return shipping label in addition to a 10% bonus on the original purchase value.

Return for refund

If you would like to return your items for a refund, please follow the return instructions. Your refund will be issued when your items are received by us, and the refund will be made to your original payment method. Refunds are for the value of your order, minus shipping costs. You have the option to purchase one of our return labels, or use your own service.

Return handling fees

If your return* comprises two or more items and you are returning for a refund, we charge a 10% handling fee on the value of your return. If it is four or more items, we charge a 20% handling fee. Many of our gloves are made to measure, and this is to cover the cost of making any alterations needed so the items can be restocked.

If you are unsure which products to order, please do contact us. We strongly encourage you to book a video stylist appointment with us, where we can show you different styles and colours and help you narrow down your choice! Material swatches are also available to order, with shipping charges reimbursable as store credit.

Duty & Tax on returns

If we paid Duty or Tax on your behalf when delivering your order, please note we are unable to refund this as it is not possible for us to claim this refund from customs in you country. You can see details of any Duty or Tax paid on your order confirmation page.

Returning monogrammed items

Unfortunately we can't accept returns of monogrammed items. Please choose your sizing carefully and contact us if we can help in any way.

Return shipping labels

We offer return shipping labels at cost. Please complete your return and a link to purchase will be visible on your return confirmation page.
